Do you have a shopfront?
Yes, our main store and showroom is located at 2/5 McPhail Road, Coomera, 4209, QLD
Do you ship/deliver?
Yes, we ship Australia wide. We do not currently ship internationally. You can enter your address and obtain a quote upon checkout of your purchase.
Do your products come with warranty?
All refurbished products come with a 6 Month Hardware warranty, all brand new products come with a standard 1 year hardware warranty.
Can I get an extended warranty?
Yes, extended warranty is offered with some products as an add on. Please see each individual product listing.
Do you offer discounts for trade in of my current pc?
If you’re local, we may offer a discount for trade in of your PC subject to condition, specs and our ability to resell. Discounted rate will reflect the current trade market value of specifications, not retail value. Bring your PC into our store for an accurate quote.
What I want is not listed on your site, do you do custom builds?
Yes, we can do completely custom builds to your specification. Please contact us directly for a quote at email@example.com
What is your turnaround time from when I order?
After we receive your order, processing times are generally between 1-3 business days until shipment. You will receive an email notification once your system has been shipped or is ready for collection if you chose in store pickup upon checkout. Occasionally there may be slight delays depending on stock availability, especially around holiday season. If you are in a hurry, please contact us first to confirm stock availability to avoid disappointment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies depending on location with the average time being between 2-5 business days. During holiday season there may be delays so be sure to order ahead of time. If you are in a remote or rural area it may take longer than normal so keep this in mind.
My system is out of warranty and I have an issue, can you still help?
If you are local, we offer repairs, upgrades and more. Contact us or bring your system into our store for a quote. You may also ship your system back to us for repairs or servicing.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Due to high value items needing to be signed for, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Shipping companies usually do not ship packages to PO boxes there are no exceptions to this.
