XGaming Systems offer a range of quality servicing and repair options for your device. Our highly trained techs can handle everything from a basic service to a full system rebuild.
We service desktop computers only.
Because every job can vary greatly, the below pricing are guidelines only and the final cost may vary. Please bring in your computer or hardware so our staff can physically inspect it for an accurate quote and to see if a certain job is possible.
Please note the below pricing is for LABOR ONLY and does NOT include the cost of any hardware components.
Sending Your Computer In For Repair
Having issues with your computer? We’re here to help. Contact us using the form provided with as much information on the issue as possible. One of our technicians will asses your issue and contact you.
Some issues may be simple and we can step you through how to fix them, however for some issues we will require the system to be returned to our store for us to fix.
Repairing or Servicing in store
Before returning the system to us, it is highly recommended to back up all files and data. We do not offer data recovery and we will not be held responsible for any data loss or corruption.
Please remove any user account passwords as this will cause delays in assessing and repairing your system. We do not require any cables with your system, just the tower.
We will require you to send us a completed and signed Repairs and Servicing form found here. This is REQUIRED to be packaged with your system. If this form is not provided, it may cause delays to your repair. Please ensure that all details are filled out correctly as any errors may prevent us from contacting you about your system.
If you do not live locally to our store, we will request that you ship your computer back to us. To do so, you will be required to package the system preferably in its original box or in another box with sufficient packaging to protect the system. We will not be held liable for any damages made to the system as a result of poor packaging.
If your system is COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, we will require the dimensions of the box and your address to be emailed to us. We will create and send you a postage label that will need to be printed and attached securely to the outside of the box. The computer will then need to be dropped off at the front counter of your local Australia Post Office. If we find that the issue with your system is not covered under warranty, eg. a software issue, you will be required to pay for return postage.
If your system is NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY we will require you to arrange shipping of the system to be sent to our store located at 4/7 McPhail Road, Coomera, QLD, 4209.
Once we receive your system, one of our support team will diagnose and repair your system. Please be aware that some systems may take a few days to diagnose depending on the complexity of the issue. Once completed, we will contact you and send you the tracking number once we have shipped out your fixed system.
For in store pick up, you will be contacted once it is fixed and ready for collection. You will be required to collect you repaired system up within 90days of being notified of repair completion. If you cannot collect your system within this time, please contact us and we can make alternative arrangements. After 90days, XGaming Systems will consider the system abandoned and will wipe all data and send the system to e-waste.
